I was receiving a directx error with WinAmp, so I thought I would post the fix.

I have a Intel D525MW motherboard. I was recieving a Milkdrop error, (getdevicecaps). I installed the latest chipset drivers, that includes the graphics, but it did not help as of 10-23-11.

To resolve the issue I installed the following driver:

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 on my CarPC.
