Thread: Check this out - USB Sound card

I have a USB sound adpater. It was the only way I could get decent sound other than a PCI card since I don't have any slots left.


It works great too.

For Audio out, an equivalent Hack is to take the guts of a USB Labtec 1040 speaker system and put it in a different box.

Plug and play, and great sound.

Also according to this chart, it is better than my AWE64 gold card.

I know this is an old post, but the thing says that it has 2 sereo line-outs. I was wondering... does this thing has front-rear? If not... how are they controlled?

I'm really interested in looking into this!
