short answer is yes... long answer is... first you need some sort of electrical interface from pc to clilmate controls...
thats prob the hard part...then maybe a plugin written to talk to it all
    -Thanks

Depending on the devices your wanting to run, then you will need to look at either some direct interfaces or an overall system/design.
Have a search on the forums here for things like arduino and fusion brain. They should lead you to the interface side of things, As for the actual software control.

Well that depends what GUI/FrontEnd you are running on the computer. Most Frontends will offer a plugin for controlling devices like the fusion brain or you have the option of creating your own plugin as well.

Does the vehicle offer what you require via a direct interface also vs hardware interfacing..

it shouldn't be that hard to wire up the windows and door locks. relays for that.
the climate control either take 3 servos (highish torque) as well as 2 additional relays. OR... you'll have to remove the climate control, but if the dials are just multiposition switches, then you'd just need more relays instead of the servos. (one relay for each position)
EDIT: i was looking at the wrong climate control module. looks like you'll need 11 relays and then an actuator to move the temperature slider. -or- if you figure out that it's a simple potentiometer then you can replace that with an d/a coverter and use the arduino's pwm pin to control the temp

the harder part is getting all that to work with the front end. i highly recommend using RR for this as has a very friendly learning curve. (from experience). arduino's are very fun and have a huge support community as well. the only thing that would be your hurdle would be how to get them to communicate. I know one member was starting to write a plugin for arduino with riderunner but im not sure where that ever ended up. (he has a free arduino from me... and i know he got some ways with it but hasn't completed it)

arduino can send out serial commands. mitch can chime in on this one, but there may be a way for rr to take serial commands and either map them to keyboard presses or directly call execute a command w/i ride runner

    but... yeah it' doable.

Check if your aircons are using a resistor pack also, if thats the case then its even easier to do
