Craig Brass systems - ripoff ?

Hi
I don't know where to post this so if it should be somewhere else can a mod please move it.

In March I went online and researched a DAB+ FM unit for my CarPC, I found Craig Brass Systems and liked the sound of the product.
So I ordered it Marc 2012, I paid and they have my money. my shipments are still showing as pending dispatch.

Since then I have emailed, I have called I have twittered multiple times with no response.

All I wanted was my product, but I can't even get a response.

I wonder if Craig is still active on the site,
I'm trying to be respectful but, it's now hard, can anyone shine some light on this ?

It seems to be his personal site and I have contacted him to see where my DAB receiver is.
