    Fan noise problem

    With my epia system and a PC Power and cooling going - the fan noise is far too loud. I want something that is nearly silent - this is a family car and it the whir of the fans are too much.

    Anyone ever rplaced the fan on the PC power and cooling to get a quieter fan?

    Ditto for an epia system?

    Any other suggestions?

    use papst or any other "known silent" fans, or get 120mm ones and run them at 5v

    too loud? my EPIA 800 board is dead quiet.. quieter then any pc I've ever made. just try a low rpm fan.
    Mine needs to be updated.

    Thanks - the epia is very silent - the problem is the PC Power and Cooling fan. I am going to try and replace.
