All-in-one car computer questions. Please Help!

Hello,

i am thinking about ordering an all in one computer, such as this one : http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2011-...496860196.html . if i was to buy this, would i still be able to use the radio? how would i wire this to my factory radio harness? keep in mind i have a 2012 Scion tC.

the unit is all in one.....meaning.....you completly remove the factory radio and replace it with the unit, since it is also a aftermarket radio. Just install it like you would any after market unit
