Yes, I will get a refund in 1 week or less. It's been 5 Weeks! Then it was by Monday. Still nothing. But I guess you didn't say what Monday so I don't want to put words in your mouth. And today you say you are making back orders priority over refunds? Thanks I appreciate being put at the end of the line AGAIN.

I understand refunds over shipments and vice versa are both bad. So obviously we cant win in any situation.
Really Dave? Your going to attack me and other customers because you dropped the ball? Would it kill you to admit you got in over your head, did a poor job of communicating the issues, and that you now are focusing all efforts on orders to your cut off date to correct things? You know how much that would improve your very tarnished image?
But no, you attack me, because your home page says "Update February 26", it still says "product is available", and what I ordered in "7-10 days". You really think based on that data there is any reason to assume you halted payments? Should I call Paypal also and make sure your not taking orders? Jeez. You sound like a snake oil salesmen.
So you allowed orders while you were out of the country for 2 weeks? I just shake my head at your approach at things.
Handle things the way you want, but refunds and units are the only thing your customers care about. "Correcting my errors" should be the least of your concerns. Why don't you focus on correcting YOUR ERRORS!

We are and already taking step to clean up everything rapidity as possible.. So to be entirely honest, we are doing the BEST we can. Its just really unfortunate that we weren't prepared for all the issues..
I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. The respondent (Dave) has communicated with the poster and others in regard to the issue and it appears that progress is being made to fulfill complaints.
