You probably aren't going to find one that will work on digital cable for the digital channels, I don't think they exist
This is for my home system. I currently have a 5 year old ATI All-In-Wonder 32mb PCI card, and I love being able to watch TV on my PC. The ATI Card will go into the system that will eventually make it into a worthy car.
Anyway, I have digital cable at the house, and want to get a TV card that will do Digital Cable.
I found this card and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it. Is there anything special I am going to need to do to get this to work with my digital cable? (looking for any technical issues with this card)

the conclusion was that the card was solid, but that supporting software sucked... i wonder if digital cards would be compatible with DScaler?
further more does digital cable have a world wide standard?

further reading indicates that the "Digital Cable" cards dont actually decode digital cable, they decode HDTV, which to me are two totally different things.
