    Hello all. I have a sony cdx-m700r car sterio.

    my problem is that I have lost my manual for connecting the wires.

    sinse I changed car, i now have to put in the code everytime i use it :\
    isen`t it a memory wire or something that will memorize the code so I don`t have to type it in everytime ?

    so my question is :

    is there anyone that could tell me where all the wires should be ?

    in case the wires is differents I will tell you color of mine.

    Red = power
    blue = dont now
    black = earth
    light blue = amp filter
    blue with a white stripe = to an extra mobile or something
    Yellow = dont now
    orange with a white stripe = to an antenna

    I hope anyone can help me here
    I`m tired of type the code all the time.

    thanx

    Some are pretty standard

    Red=Switched Power (ie only on when key is turned in ignition)

    Black= Earth/Ground

    Yellow=Continous 12V (this is probably the one you need)

    Orange=Antenna or other switched device
