i have two soundcards (onboard and a 5.1 pci) I would like to you use one of them to hook a CB speaker up to and mount underhood, for good reasons but would only like to use a text to speech program for this soundcard. how can i do this?

i dont think the prog i want to use does, i have seen some progs that do, i know what you mean

It wont work. Your computer will try to load both sound card drivers and you will have conflicts.
But you never know till you try it.

I used them mostly playing around, but one time I needed to use a scsi card that was built into one, and still wanted to keep my awe64.
Both soundcards worked fine, had to do a little config though for some things
