    Can you make a portable TV work?

    So I see those little portable TV's with color LCD screens in them. Is there a fairly easy way to make one of those screens work as a display? I see them used and real cheap often.

    If you've got a video card with TV out and if it works with a car power adaptor, it should be a snap.
