If it needs and ISA slot, then unless you can find something to connect a ISA card to a PCI slot, then I'd say no, it won't work

They do make ISA to usb adapter. You have to search it. Ive seen it.

But even if you found a usb to isa adapter i doubt very much that this AM/FM card would have winxp/win2k drivers, it would be old hardware so unless you were putting Win95 on you m10000 i don't think it's going to happen.
