    Post Sony CD Changer Input Hacking

    I have the sony CDX-M610 unit in my car, and i want to hack it so that it thinks a cd changer is hooked up w/o actually hooking one up, so i can use the RCA Inputs on the back of it for my (future) mp3 player. If i cant do this, my mp3 plans go down the drain Help Me

    sony makes an adaptor called the xa-101 that gives you rca inputs. but they cost. if you get something to work let me know!

    Ya, thats what i was trying to avoid - i dont have 100 to blow on just an adaptor. It just seems possible to trick it cause ti seems like that what the adaptor does.

    Take a look at this site and you find out that it still is't posible. But they work on it.
