digitalww has 2 colour cams - only $5 difference between them... the more expensive one is larger, is there a significant differnce in image quality between the 2 ?

The Video quality is the same on both cameras. SS2000CSS is the smaller one and doesn't have a built in mic. SS2000CA a little bigger and comes with a mic.

It will be much easier to find a place for the little camera but both will work fine.
