    Lightbulb idea for HVAC controls. would it work?

    i have 7 push switches and 2 sliders on my logicon i was thinking of mct2e opto couplers for the buttens and 2 more to control a ds1669 for each slider.
    and just solder directly to the old control pcb. and control the set up by parallel port.
    So what do you think?
    now working on my Dodge Dak

    the problem is on the RX they used electronic controls. I have noway of using servos.
    now working on my Dodge Dak
