Post Pre-soldered LCD's

Is there anyway I can get a LCD already soldered to a serial or lpt port so i can just plug it into my computer? I want to get a 40x4 or a 20x4 for around 20-40 bucks.

The Matrix Orbital 20X4 serial LCD, that I bought a while back, came pretty much ready to go. It was just a matter of plugging in a serial cable, hooking up power, and setting a jumper. The problem is the price. Mine set me back $90.

same deal with the crystal fontz lcd. it's got a serial port on the lcd, so you just plug the cable in. it was ~$60USD plus i got the machine bay insert and that was a extra $30USD

I'd sell you my 20x4 Matrix Orbital for $40 if you are interested. Email me if you are. The address is meatballman@bi gfoot.com

I'll even include the bay insert, but I cut the brackets off the side, so you'll have to find some way to make it stay in there.
