Are you sure it takes 12V in? Most take 5V in at 2 or 2.5A...Regardless of the input you could get 12V or 5V from your PSU in the computer. Just run the wires.
I need a USB hub, but I do not want to put it though the invertor. Is threre anything on the market with 12V connector, so I can hook it directly to the car power.

It has a wall-wart power supply that supplies the hub with 5v DC @ 2.6a. You could wire it to a molex connector and plug it into your PC power supply.
