In the describtion it says :"Standard Composite (RCA) Video Signal" this means that you need TV-out on your PC, I think that you can hook a ps right up (not sure, I don't have a PS)
From what I've heard the quality when using TV-out to run an lcd isn't really good, I think for movies and such it will be fine, I doubt if it's any good when you wanna read text from it.
