FV24 and DC10+ video caputure board problems

I am having difficulties with my FV24 and my Pinnacle DC10+ video capture board. When I view the video input prior to caputure (overlay or preview mode) the video is very grainy with horizontal interference lines. I have upgraded the FV24 with the latest BIOS and drivers from the VIA FTP site. When I use the DC10+ in other Motherboards it works fine. Any suggestions where the problem could be ???

Have you asked Pinnacle ? or Shuttle?

Might be worth a try, some support groups are better than others.
