    Woe is me

I ran custom wiring to my CD drive to get rid of my molex (space issues), 2x checked my 12v and 5v lines, tried to start it, it spazzed and it's dead. Folks, I checked I checked with my molex correctly... it was upside down. I know it sounds stupid, but I knew all about my 12v and 5v and I checked, twice.

It could happen to you, just take more caution than I did. I'm abandoning a CD ROM drive for my computer. Just glad I made the mistake on a drive, and not on... oh say a screen.

I guess I'm saying, check your work three or four times, and It'll save you a headache.
