I forgot to add, it is a Densitron LCD, and
What kind of potentiometers do I need?
    I found a 10k, but I could not find a 100, is that a misprint, and supposed to be a 100k?
    Radioshack did not carry it.

    FYI -

I wired some timeline LCD's for Johnram,
    and they required -5v

I have schematics at home...I can dig them up.

I have an Optrex LCD from Timeline. Schematics are probably similar to that of yours (And yes, it is 100 ohms, and the closest i came was 200 which works fine.) The schematics can be found here at my website.

I got a densitron 40x4 lcd from timeline also it came with a pin out sheet. However i dont know if pin1 on that means pin1 on the board or pin1 on the ribbon cable coz the red stribe was at the other end on pin16.
