I just built my first carputer and I need all 4 USB ports...but I can't find out wehre to buy the little bastards. I bought one here locally in town but it has more pins than are available on the board so I'm assuming I need to buy a VIA type of some sort. TIA.

Do you mean the expansion has five pins and your board has four? If so, the second black pin is just another ground. I think you can safely leave it out. You just plug it in with the fifth pin hanging over the edge. Check Google for more useful help on USB pin wiring, there's lots of info.Originally Posted by Projekt 8E
