Try phrasing it in the form of a question. Complete sentences help too. You'll get more replies when people can understand what you're asking.

I believe the guy is asking:
Should i get a high end graphics card that is generally bought by gamers (~$200).
OR should he get a cheaper card that only has a video out (~$70).

I believe most will answer just by an integrated video card.

I Dont think I will play to many games on it. I only have a 6.5" screen and it is not a VGA. gonna run it through my Pioneer head unit that has a screen. Mostly I want it gor GPS and DVDs. I just got a Syntax all in one motherboard (s635mp). I cant run the video that is onboard because I cant find a vga to single rca adapter. SO im gonna have to run a vid card with @ least a S-video output.

Go to my post, about my CarPC parts. The GeForce FX 5200 is fine for video. Basically, you don't want shared memory on your motherboard, i.e. the RAM is used for video and memory tasks. A PCI video card is even better. You don't need a TV capture card unless you really want to capture FM/TV signals in your car.

which of the models do you guys think has the best onboard video?
I am only considering btw the lower models like SiS651 or Intel 845 chipsets.

If you go AMD you can get a Nforce board, it has GeForce 4 MX graphics on the board, no card needed.
