    15' IDE Cable in the UK?

    Hi all,

    Does anyone know of a place in the UK that can supply 15' IDE cables? I need one to run from my boot to my centre console mounted laptop DVD.

    Either that, or are there any alternatives to using straight IDE cable? I've heard of people using Cat5 in the past?

    Just been looking at both of those... Maplins seem to be out of stock on the 40-way stuff (which, I assume, is what I need)... RS have it though, and in 5 metre reels.

    Can't find connectors anywhere, though!
