1st post & I'm a "n00b" so i'll try to be as descriptive as possible.

I have a 95 chevrolet lumina w/ the stock OEM head unit (AM/FM & tape). I also have an Alpine CRM-1652RF CD Shuttle Controller/FM Modulator and an Alpine 5952 CD changer w/ Alpine 4905 6 disk magazine.

I want to integrate my mp3 player into the system and I get poor quality from tape adapters & fm transmitters (I've tried the Irock fm transmitter).

I'm wondering if there is a way to install a splitter or switch (or any other hardware) so i can get aux in for my mp3 player. I'm guessing my best bet is integrating the mp3 player with the FM modulator of the Alpine CRM-1652RF, but I'm a bit clueless when it comes to car audio.
