    building carputer with xbox

    Hi everyone. There quite a few posts concerning using an Xbox as a carputer here which seem to open more questions and provide few answers. I found this link today and hope it helps. For someone who hasn't built a computer before (like myself) or would like to save a little time (yes) and money (hmm, let me think about that), this seems like a good alternative to the traditional carputer.

    I Think thats a nice idea mduck because some others only want to do the basic stuff like play mp3 music or watch Divx movies

    yeah an xbox would be perfect for dvd/divx/xvid/mp3 combination along with some games. i may have used one myself if i didn't need a GPS

    i bet you could get destinator to run with WINE on linux with a slight bit of tweaking.
