    Thoughts regarding power input?

Has anyone with an Epia or SBC based system building a one or two din usint considered hooking up an ISO style connector adaptor to the PC's power supply?

I wonder if an ignition live based system could be used with an Opus, to trigger start and shutdown?

If going headunit less, run the audio from the soundcard to the amps, fair enough. But rather than hackup and add to the cars wiring, what about buying in an adaptor to that would normally be used to convert a non ISO stereo to ISO fitment.

Then use the power sections of the conector to connect to the Opus, making it more of a standard connection fitting into the cars wiring, rathe rhtan hacking about and adding on. You may need to run one fused live line straight to the connector rather than the low current memory connection, but using the ignition live on the ISO to do the startup/shutdown connections on the Opus? Probably a very silly idea, but through anything that makes them more like a standard car audio install will make them easier to fit.
