E machine Shop Proficiency

Is there anyone who can do this for me. I wanted a 5 sided box made of preferated alluminum. I need 7.75" wide X 3.53" high X 7" deep. this is where it gets tricky: I need a shelf between the top and the bottom1.53" from the bottom panel and 2" from the top. I know it sounds like a pain in the ***, put is anyone up to the challenge

How many people use this to actually make their parts? Or do they use it as a CAD program and go elsewhere to manuafactor the parts? It looks good, but I'm not sure about getting them to make the parts for me???
