    TV + AM/FM tuner?!?

I've had more CarPC for about a month now and I'm starting to wish I had a radio. But I didn't want to buy one unless I could get a TV and FM tuner in the same card. Does anyone know if one exists? I went to all my local computer shops and none of them had one.

There are tons of them on the internet and you can find one at your Fry's store as well.

Search for them and they will come to ye.

Most of the ones available don't have AM radio, just FM and TV.

the hauppauge card or USB one is an option. But from what Ive heard the Tv reception is less then desirable.
    Mine needs to be updated.

Hapauge one is good for FM only. It has TV capability, BUT you better cough up some dough for a powered antenne, or you ain't getting jack tv reception except maybe telemundo or something, lol.

Hmm, well the only stores around here are Best Buy and Circuit City which don't have the TV + FM tuner. Can any of you guys recomend a good TV/FM tuner? Price isn't really an issue (within reason) and I don't care about AM.

    Then buy this:

    http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...116-606&depa=1

The Retail version comes with a remote. You can get the OEM version without one for 10 bucks less.

Tom's review didn't do me much good.. This is all they said about it:

This software controls the radio channels and interfaces in a similar way as does the ComproPVR. It is also possible to record in WAV, WMA and MP3 formats.

The recording gave us satisfactory results.
