Great deal on a MB, case and powersupply. I bought a "Blaster PC" for Tigerdirect.com for $149. It comes with MB built with SB live, FM tuner, remote control, master volume knob, etc. Check it out at the web site. I hack the master volume knob to the car to adjust the entire volume. It also on screen message display for the remote functions. It's a perfect car computer canidate.

Anyway, it looks pretty sweet. I might pick one of those bad boys up for home, actually. Anyone know anything about these motherboards?
Here some info on the MB (9" X 12").
This MB is based on the Intel 82440BX AGP chipset at 100Mhz f/s bus. MB will work with up to 950Mhz Intel slot 1 CPU. (1)AGP, (4)PCI, (2)ISA, (4)Dimm slot, (2)USB. It has a SB Live built on the board with (2)lineout, (1)mic, (1)headphone, (1) optical out, (1)SPDIF In, (1)SPDIF Out, (1)MIDI in, (1)MIDI out, (1)joystick.
It comes with SB live software, Creative lab DVD software, and Bois upgrade all on one CD (win9x, winme, win2000). It also comes with very good instruction on how to put it all together. For the price you can't go wrong. Very good remote to use with Corbra or any other remote program. The master volume control in front of the case is great. The knob has a mute button on it also. Since it's hard wired to the MB, you could remotely mount the knobs anywhere in the car (like my car). If anyone is interested in knowing the pin configuration or any other info, please let me know.![]()

is there an IR entension so that you could position the sensor on the dash?
Well, the IR LED is attach to the FM tuner board, but you could desolder the LED and position it on the dash somewhere. I tried it, and it works fine. Same goes for the master volume knob.
