LCD / Laptop / TV Tuner ?

Can someone tell me how one would hook up a laptop, LCD, and a TV Tuner.

I think that the laptop that I want to use does not have RCA plugs, but only the VGA hookup, so I would need an LCD with the VGA hook up.

But I think that most tuners have RCA jacks.

There is a screen that has a built in TV tuner, but it only has RCA's, and would leave me without a way to connect the laptop.

How do I make this work!!??
