That's a '48?? Damn... looks like something I'd expect to see in the late '50s - early '60s'.. way ahead of his time.

Imagine if that guy was alive today... the hit cars he'd think up.

When it opens, its going to look like this...i might change the layout, but this is pretty much the idea that i pictured in my head.

When you click a button, they should light up like that

Depending on which one you choose, you goto whatever colored screen.

Thats about as far as ive gotten so far, but i have more backgrounds here that are going to correspound to time of day/weather/sex/ect.
Did you make those yourself? If so, you should go post in the Software forum and offer to make some skins for some of the apps that are being worked on... cause these are really good.

And this whole fighting thing, ive decided to give up on it. I cant fight a whole community. Just because i choose to fight back against one person, it seems like everyone that wasnt even involved in the first place has to throw there '1/5 of a dime' in. But hoe well, it doesnt even matter anymore because i know im right, and you are wrong. so let the flames rise, and know that whatever you say, it doesnt matter, because im not going to respond them anymore. I will respond to any legitamit input that anyone posts though.

    bubb out...woo woo
Front end looks cool, good luck with that
Just curious if you have any idea on how to code a program like that... i'll bet its a ton of code...

Ryanreko- Im not sure how hard it would be to code it. Im thinking VB would be the easiest because you really dont have to do that much coding. Im putting it together with powerpoint right now to get a working version. Im still not sure exactly how i want it to come together.

Banderon- If someone else wants to code it for me, be my guest.

Uhhh... no thanks. I don't think I quite share your vision on this one. I'm more the type to just choose a genre I want to hear, and then set the playlist to random.

What I meant was that it looks like you've got a lot of talent when it comes to making graphics, and I think you could churn out some seriously nice skins for all these skinable apps the Software people've got going.

Your particular style looks very well suited for applications in Flash, where there's a lot of little random animations in the background. If all those little things you have in the background were animated, and those hexagons were spinning in a circle, that could make for one amazing "Loading..." screen.

Do you do graphic design as a profession, or is it just a hobby?

Well, im going for a feel versus practicality here. And i havent learned flash yet. But all along i had flash in the back of my mind when im was making these, and i wanted to have the whole 'engine' in flash.

Lotsa pretty moving things is not practicality.. it's the "Yo, look at my hot screen" aspect.

You should deff look into flash... or find someone that knows flash already, and do the grfx for them. Someone with your design skills can make some killer apps in that.

Not to drag this too off-topic, but I agree. It was an amazing piece of machinery, and an incredible story.

Here's an amalgamation of two of my favorite things, the Torpedo and the Cadillac Northstar engine... If only I had a couple hundred thousand dollars to spare....
Tucker Kit Car. They had planned to make only 50 of the reproductions, with only 51 original Tuckers produced.

    Anyway, back to the ideas.
