    Angry Booting without a keyboard?

How does a mobo recognise whether there's a keyboard present or not? I don't have an option in bios to disable keyboard, so my mobo won't boot up without it

There is a hack that you can do by running a wire between two pins on the ps/2 port, unfortunately I don't remember which two..

You'll have to run it by google before you do anything.

saw a long time ago in this same board that someone said to plug a mouse into the keyboard port. Obviously mouse is smaller than keyboard. I laughed at him before but thats when I was ignorant and didnt realize that all MOBOs didnt have disable keyboard. Obvioulsy there was a use in that post, .

Those are almost just giant ps/2 ports, you can buy an adapter for like 5$.

Yeah, I thought so, but my mobo needs a keyboard to opperate, and there is no way watsoever that I can connect a keyboard to it, So, I was wondering if there was a way of making the mobo think there was a keyboard connected, even though there isn't..
