    ebay pci fm tv card

    how good are the ebay cards? their like 30 dollars which is real cheap. i know u get what u payed for but their are no reviews on the forum that i could find.
    i want a tv card with fm going without a headunit so i want to atleast have fm radio. and want the option of watching tv on the road.

    Hardwares probably very similar to what you find in the brand name hauppauge cards since the chip the board is based on is exactly the same. If you don't need hardware based mpeg encoding and don't care about the software you get with it, then that cards probably a good choice.

    well about the mpeg encoding what do u mean? im a total newbie to this area. i have a epia m9000 would that help out on the mpeg decoding?
