Post Video cards that display NTSC on boot?

    Hi,

I have a TFT LCD display for my car. I am looking for a video card with TV OUT to use with it. I have an ATI All In Wonder Pro which would work with it, but its in my main PC so I can't take it out to use it. I was given a Jaton Trident Providea 9865 card with TV out but I can't use it because I have to turn on the TV OUT in the display properties on every boot.

So what I am asking is...what are some cheap video cards that have TV OUT and display the TV OUT on boot up, meaning, I don't have to go to the display properties on every boot and turn on the TV OUT, I can just plug up the NTSC to the TFT and PC and hit the power and it will start displaying the TV OUT as soon as it starts booting up?

First of all, try updating the drivers for your card.

    Thumbs up

My viper v330 has a tv out that works all the time. You can probably find one for $20 or so now.

Some of the cards have dos utilities to set it into TV out mode, while booting.
You just put it in your autoexec.bat file.

Thanks, I took the NTSC module off the card and found the jumper and it boots with NTSC.

I have a Trident 4MB 9750 which I got for $40. That's pretty cheap for a PCI with TV out.
