We are using lowprofile servers at my work and there are heatsinks without a fan above itīs placed on the side and moves away the heat.

I have a P4 Mini-ITX board but the stock Intel heatsink is just too big (although it works very well).
So, I'm thinking about getting either a 1U or 2U-sized lowprofile heatsink. I would prefer a 1U but I'm not sure if any are available in that size that also provide good cooling.
Right now, I'm looking at these two:
Arkua 838T-7G
Spire RackSper III
Any other recommendations/comments?

weekendowel, thanks for the reply. I can see how a heatsink + a fan on the side would probably work, but I was hoping for a simpler, all-in-one solution.
