    Post USB sound adaptor + Parallel MP3 player

    Just wondering if anyone out there is using a USB sound adaptor. If so, how well does it work? Also, check out <a href="http://www.lp3music.com">www.lp3music.com</a>--an MP3 player that attaches to the parallel port!

    I got a pair of Labtec -1040 USB computer speakers...pulled the usb part out.

    I hooked some RCA cables to the card and stuck it in a small box.

    The sound is fantastic, it is not quite as good as what I hear when I stick a CD directly into the receiver, but it is so close I am not going to change a thing.

    Also the speakers are still functional.
