    Making a D-link->car antenna adapter

    its really easy...I have one of these radios and I had planned on putting it in the truck after installing some amps--goodbye headunit!

    anyway, the antenna conector for the D-Link is just an RCA Jack, so what I did was wen to radioshack and bought some RCA plug ends. Then I went to Wal*Mart and bought an antenna adapter for universal->GM. my vehicle is GM, so I needed the adapter to accept the GM antenna wire. I cut off the male end (which would normally plug into your aftermarket radio) and soldered the inner wire to the inner part of the plug. I connected the sheilding to the outer part of the RCA connector. Voila!

    Check here It is the first link there. There is a radio.dll file in there along with headers and whatnot.

    I haven't tried it yet, as my radio is still in the mail, but hopefully it works.

    The DLink radio is really supposed to be a gemtek inside.
