Having issues with Epia M motherboard

I havnt installed my pc into my car yet but i noticed that when the pc is off the usb and ps2 devices are still powered, havnt found anything on this so i have to ask :P does anyone know how or even if u can turn off this "feature" off so it wont drain my battery w/o putting another switch on the line to completely cut the power?

Power your USB hub from you opus/ITPS so that when it powers dow it turns off the hub too.

that's a "feature" that VIA won't fix . do a to see hoew people have fixed this. some have used the 5v line coming straight from the PS and cut in the middle of the one coming form the connector, so that when the PS shuts off, so do the devices.

I have the opus 90w and the directions state that even standby power can be shut off completely if you set a jumper on the board.
