Autorun on a memory card (digital camera)

I'm curious to know if an Autorun.ini can be created and put onto a memory card. My hope is, when I plug up my digital camera or put the card in a card reader, it will automatically copy all the pictures off the card onto the computer and then erase the pictures on the card. If not, any one got any better suggestions. My goal is automatic with no intervention from me.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that your media (MEM Card Reader) has to also support the autoplay feature in windows. I'm not an avid windows user, but I do know that you have to *enable* the AutoPlay feature for your CDROM for it to recognize the autorun.ini file upon CD insertion.
