I will never order from this site ever again. Completely unprofessional and horrific service.

I ordered a custom built CarPC and had the following problems:

    1. They forgot to include the memory module.
    2. They shipped all items in one box (excluding the case) with absolutely no padding or cushioning.
    3. The slimline dvd drive was placed in a small blue bag and the front bezel had been knocked off. The drive was DOA as I later found out.

Honestly a fifth grader could have packaged these items better. I was completely underwhelmed by this company. The message boards are great, but I will never order from here again.

Iím sorry to learn that you had a negative experience. The vast majority of our customers never have any problems. In the unlikely event that you do experience a problem we do our best to resolve it in a timely fashion with as least hassle as possible.

so now the mods are deleting my posts for being honest? i gotta say it's pretty pathetic how you guys can even claim you are a reputable business. i'm posting a review on resellerratings.com right now for this, people need to know to stay away from this company.

    Sanne -

your post was of no value. It was inflamitory.

    I ask you this.

Did you even attempt to contact the store? Or did you just fume over it and do absolutely nothing about it?

Everything that I have recieved from this store has been packaged very nicely.

I suppose that if you were to ever once make a mistake on something, you should be held liable and not given the chance to rectify the situation?

my post was of no value? are you kidding me....what kind of fantasy land do you live in?

i'm simply posting my experience with this company. my company shelled out a lot of money ($1000+) and this is by far the worst company we've ever dealt with on any level.

yes their customer service is good in the sense that they almost expect there to be problems, the people I spoke with acted like it was a common occurence to not have the memory shipped out. quite frankly, I feel there is a real lack of professionalism from this company and I would advise anyone else to not spend their money here based on my own experiences.

and it's not a matter of simply making one small mistake. it was the compounding mistakes that have caused me to never consider this company again. any company that can make this many mistakes on an order costing as much as we paid simply does not deserve our business. end of story.

i understand you feel a special bond with this company for whatever reason, but i'm only detailing my experience with this company. and based on my experience i simply cannot recommend them to others. i felt compelled to post in this thread because of my experience. if anything i hope this will wake mp3car up to their existing problems.

If you have a problem with an order please email store@mp3car.com posting on here is may make you feel like you got some sort of revenge but it doesnít do anything to help you with your problem. The owners of mp3car are just as passionate about car computing as you are. We are interested in hearing about any constructive criticism you might have. Again the address is store@mp3car.com
