    Post Using a laptop screen. Is it worth it?

    We have a couple of broken and used Dell laptops at my job.
    If I can get one would it be worth it to use as my screen or should I just invest in a nice vga 6.5" touchscreen?

    Using laptop LCDs requires a special controller. The LCD forum should provide more info as it has been discussed several times in the past.
