I think you should just get a powered usb hub, you have too many passive devices for a non-powered hub.
I have an Epia M1000, C134 (and the dc-dc PSU it came with), Deluo GPS, 7" touchscreen, Lucent 802.11b wifi (usb), griffin powermate, 4 port usb hub (usb powered).
I've noticed if I plug in the touchscreen and the hub to the back of my case then the rest of the hardware to the hub my internet keeps dropping. If I switch the position of the touchscreen and the wifi then my internet is fine but my touchscreen goes haywire (clicking all over the place on the screen). Could there be something wrong with my hub or is it a power issue with my dc-dc PSU?

so I should get a self-powered hub, then when I install it I'm going to have to find a voltage step-down to go from 12v to 6v correct?
