Yes it can if your computer has a TV-out video card. From the specs. "Uses standard A/V signals from any VCR, DVD or video camera" you will find that a few people on here are using those screens already including myself so if you need to know aqnything more about them just ask.

I think you can also get a convertor to turn your VGA output into a composite video signal, which would also work.
