    Question LC Display Hook-up Question

Ok I'm looking to get one of those 4" LCD's for my mp3 setup. On the site it says "Works on a standard composite video signal from any VCR, video camera, video game, or navigation system"

For some reason I had a product from AITech laying around the house called "Computer to Television." On the box it has the output listed as:

    "*S-Video, VGA, Composite
    *SCART (PAL Version Only)"

Will this combination work together, or will I need a special adapter? I dont know video, I only speak pc

    Question

Ok, when you say "on the box", do you mean the box it was packaged in?
As far as video is concerned, the 4" monitor you mentioned uses the lowest common denominator for video, lowly composite video. On consumer grade products, this is usually an RCA jack, often color coded with a yellow insert. It sounds like you have an external scan converter, which will down convert the higher resolution computer video signal to composite video. If you have the option, find a monitor that will at least accept S-Video (also called S-VHS or Y/C)as it is better than a composite connection. Also run your computer in 640x480 256 colors as that resolution makes for the least amount of work for the scan converter. Hope this helps!

Your adapter won't work - It is meant to output a PAL signal, and the 4" lcd from partsexpress is a NTSC input only LCD. The two standards are incompatable.
