Media Engine using Composite input LCD

    Hey everyone.

Just a question to people that may have experimented...

If I were to use the MediaEngine software on a Carputer connected to an LCD using a composite input, would the display quality be acceptable.
I know I won't come even close to perfect using composite, but being fairly large text in MediaEngine, I thought it might be nearly worth a try.

    Any input would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jason

I use this configuration currently (ME with a Composite input), and its almost perfect. As you pointed out, the text etc is big and easy to see - It is very easy to read track titles while driving.

I think the other players should follow suit in this respect. Its all fine and dandy to use 1024x768 resolution to its full capability with lots of info onscreen at once, but in a driving situation less info (in larger text) is better...
