    Lightbulb A simple delayed power-off circuit

    I've put a simple delayed power-off circuit into my system. Keeps it powered for about 10 minutes after I've taken the key out of the ignition. Cheap & effective. This issue has come up before here, so if anyone's interested, here's a diagram & description:

    oms: nice..... It looks like a simple thing to do. Now can i get all the parts u used for the shutdown unit from radio shack and how much will the whole thing cost ?

    It's dirt cheap . I'd guess no more than $10 for all the parts. Radio Shack should have everything. I've updated the page with a parts list, so take a look.
