Help with on/off circuit for Mobo

Stimps put together some great circuits in the schematics section
the one im concerned with is the One Shot circuit
Can someone design me a circuit that works in reverse? IE, instead of giving one shot when 12v power is applied, to give one shot when 12v is cut?
Would be best if they could both be worked into one circuit.
My idea is that when the 12v powers on, it will go through the One Shot circuit and fire a pulse to turn on the computer.
However, when i turn off my car and 12v from the ignition is cut, then I want a circuit to fire a pulse to the comp and shut it off.
    Thanks for the help!
