Our company took delivery of a 7" Lilliput touchscreen for an install we are carrying out on a customers car coming weekend.
We connected the screen to the cars PC system via the cigarette charger and when the VGA and USB cables to the PC. When the USB extension cable was connected to the screen the car power adaptor started smoking quite badly at which time we switched the system off an reboxed it. Obvious electrical fault. When repacking the unit in its box we noticed a rattling in the case.
I have sent yesterday 3 emails to MP3car.com requesting assistance, however have not had a response as yet, and the weekend is coming up fast and I have no screen to complete our customers install!
So, can anyone provide me with a support tel number for Mp3incar.com or offer adny help.
