well if you computer has software with ir, then yes I do it all the time with ATI wounder TV, just set it to channel 3 and it will open in a new window, just depends on what vid card/software you are using.
okay, my new car pc is going to have a video in slot. So, shouldnt I be bale to hook up the video from my playstation to my car puter and some how get it to display on my tft with a program? Anyone ever heard of this? Please let me know! Thanks!

Download the ATI software from the ATI website. It has all these functions.
